What is the correct bobbin for my Brother XL3200

Brother lists the correct bobbins for the JS1410 on the consumables page for the machine: https://support.brother.com/g/b/colist.aspx?c=ae&lang=en&prod=hf_js1410eas&cao=hfgsacc . That labels the bobbins as the SA156/SFB. These are also called Class 15/A bobbins, https://sewingsupplywarehouse.com/js1410.html .

The Brother XL3200 does not have an option to lower the feed dogs. It came with a darning plate, part number XA3443151, to cover the feed dogs. Install a brand new needle. Make sure it is installed correctly.

Remove the bobbin/bobbin case from the machine. Check that the bobbin is turning the correct direction and the bobbin tension is threaded correctly. Reinstall the bobbin case and confirm that it is latched into place.

Retest your machine. Slowly turn the handwheel and watch the needle descend and see if it picks up the bobbin thread. If not, then there is probably a sewing machine timing issue. Take it for service.

Make sure the bobbin is the correct one for the machine first. Try another bobbin on a scrap of material. Bobbin will fit into the bobbin holder going the incorrect way. Make sure the thread is unwinding in the correct direction. mine has a arrow for the correct position. Hope this helps.

the machine should be checked to see if there is something wrong with the bobbin spindle..

try changing the needle
try a different bobbin
make sure the bobbin is wound correctly and not over wound
make sure the bobbin is turned the right way in the bobbin case
clean under the needle plate and in the bobbin area for lint
make sure the top thread has not come off the thread take up lever

change the needle--make sure it's the right one for the fabric being
sewed
rethread the top thread make sure to use every thread guide
also make sure the bobbin is inserted correctly into the bobbin
case
also make sure it bobbin is wound correctly, that it's not warp
it's also possible that the machine could be out of time
