ask HP for the drivers. we are not HP then put in fresh batteries in the mouse. HP does not support this mouse now. they only support newer mice and keyboards wireless. better is to ask on their forum not here. ask them directly for mac drivers. HP has many very old wireless mice that do not work even on w10. so expecting MAC drivers on this can fail. now here you go ask HP.com

there are several books that refer to specific topics or you can down load the full book of ,if I remember rightly around 900 pages that covers everything about excel
If you are running 10.7.3 or later hold down the option key while starting up and select the recovery partition to start up. Then select utilities/disk utility and try repairing your hard drive. If this doesn't work you can also reinstall the OS from the recovery partition.
if you're running windows on it, and it's the blue screen of death, then you'll most likely need to reinstall.
If not, and you're referring to the blue screen on start up, you'll need to troubleshoot the boot process. Memory or drive might need to be re-seated or replaced.
Hold down Command-R during startup and the OS X Recovery program will activate. From there, you can erase the hard drive and reinstall a fresh copy of OS X.
A beeping Mac means the RAM is not installed correctly. Refer to iFixit.com for the guide on your model and remove and then reinstall the Ram. Be sure to power down, remove the battery and A/C adapter.
You will have to go to My Computer Right click and go to Manage then go to your sound drivers and select update it will auctomically search the internet and down load them.
Or go to the Apple site type in you computers model number and down load them manually.
