Try a master reset, try powering it overnight, try plugging it into the computer. If none of those work then replace it. How come... well howcome car tires wear out, how come cellphones only last a few years, how come you aren't still using cassette tapes? it's technology, it dies and gets old just like everything else... is it in warranty? awesome! otherwise replace it or call the manufacurer to see if they fix it for less than replacing it.

get it on to charge for atleast an hour and then connect it to garmin.com through ur PC. Pls click updates and see if any update is available to install. install if there is any. and try to turn it back on.

Please try this solution first. It sounds like you don't have any TTS (text to speech) voices selected.

normally it's a sign that your battery is shot, should never leave them plugged into the car when not in use

Sounds like your battery may need replacing or there is a internal problem. If you noticed it running shorter and shorter on the battery then I would assume its the battery. If it suddenly stoped then the main internal board. Garmin is great for support so give them a call and they will get your sorted out.

The touchscreen needs to be replaced. Please see this link which explains why this happens:

I was just going to the wrong place on the home page. I finely got it down loaded last night.

If using rechargeables try high rated ones or better still new alkalines to see if the problem still occurs.

Wow, as soon as I got my nuvi 360 I turned the Bluetooth off. I then updated to 4.40 and the bluetooth SW version is now 0.00 and i cant even enable the bluetooth again. I think we have the same problem. I wish I could help but I am in the same boat.

The wiring going around the digitizer screen is broken. Find a dead unit on Ebay (hopefully one with a good screen) and replace the screen. But with the cost of the Nuvi 200 under $200 and refurbished C330 for under $150, it might be time to replace the unit.
