I have an error code C5370, which will not clear. The Service rep is stumped at this point. Originally, we had a glob of toner that gummed up the works, and he took the entire machine apart to find that, and when he put it all back together, the machine threw the code. Any solution?

Try to reset it like this:
Shut down from the main power switch (the one behind the front cover).
Keep pressed the Utility/Counter button.
Power on while the button is kept pushed.
Release the 'Utility/Counter' button only when you see the 'Trouble Reset' button on the touch screen.
Touch the 'Trouble Reset' button, a small ok should pop up underneath.
Power off, wait for a few seconds and then power on.

this is a nvram error code most likely the nvram board will have to be replaced and konica minolta has made the procedure for obtaining this board very hard so i am sure the copier repair company you are using is aware of the cause but ti is going to take some time to get the part that is needed to fix the problem. the reason for the procedure and paper work to get this board is all the counts and settings for the machine is stored on this board and some lets just say dishonest copier repair companys could but a used 250 with a lot of copies on it and replace this board then sell it as a new machine.
