Check your settings and also check for a firmware update for your router.

Tv connects to Internet to use smart TVs function but cannot recall function after switching tv on after it in standby mode, but ok if I re-install smart TVs function.

System control memory IC fault. Check and replace it. Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option.

How do I connect my new smart TV to Netflix, it keeps telling me that ther is no internet connection

The TV Needs to be connected to an Internet Connection!
Either Wirelessly, connected to a Hotspot - most likely your WiFi from either your modem or router, depending on how you get online?
Or... Your TV can be hard wired, with a cat cable directly from your Modem/Router to the TV.
If hard wired, double check in the settings page of your TV (Navigate there with your remote) and confirm this.
If wireless, again navigate to settings and scroll to Network Connections, or something similar, (can't be specific since you didn't provide make and model) choose wireless, locate your home network name, enter your Password, and your TV should now connect to Netflix, among other platforms.
Good Luck

Wow, could you be a little more vague? Hard to help you with such a broad problem.
Computer Internet problems?

ISP Internet problems?
WIFI Internet problems?
Cell Phone Internet problems?
Connectivity Internet problems?
Router Internet problems?

Well I think you get the point. And this is not close to a complete list. Sorry!

1- The usb connection on the media player does not supply enough current for fulsized drives.

How to hook up tv with internet hard wired to existing router with wireless connection to computer ip address on computer will not connect tv to internet help

Assuming that you have an "IP" TV, run an Ethernet cable from the TV to one of the LAN ports on the router.

Run another Ethernet cable from your computer to one of the other LAN ports on the router.

Both the TV and the computer should now have Internet access.

Do you have a third computer that has a "wireless" connection to the router?
