Based off the information you have provided I have identified a few possibilities as to why your dryer is not heating could be the element, thermostat, or control panel. Each component controls the heat within your dryer and if one goes out it is possible that can cause the rest to not function properly. sounds like you have a cloged vent i normally get a few calls in the winter timer for this problem because the vent is clogged outside due to the snow remove your vent try the dryer to see if it dries if yes check your vent
