Depending on operating system, with card reader plugged in, go to my computer, left click and open manage. scroll to disk management and open. See if its there? The thing just may need to be formatted. As with above, try device manager, just above disk management in win 7.
the ms outlook may not be compatible with win 10 especially if you just updated a previous win operating system
Updates of win to win 10 causes conflicts in the operating systems so you may have to uninstall the win 10 and then install the win 10 system from the win 10 stick
try clicking on the outlook tab and then right click to get properties and check the compatibility tab for win 10
