We keep getting the error message E A1 message. We set the clock weight everything asked and then the E a1 message comes on the display. Howe do we fix it. and what does it mean
E-a1 Error code
I had either damper motor or switch go. Test damper micro switch if okay then replace damper motor 2 screws.
This was straight from Samsung.
I assume you have this in a motor home/RV that's where they were used mostly. That error code is not a standard code. If you call Samsung you will be told it has to be serviced by a tech and they don't know what the error code is. In 4 years I've never been able to find a answer to E A1
besides have a service tech look at it, and mostly/always they end up recommending replacement.
If someone else at FIXYA knows different I too would like to know.
Sorry..don't like being the bearer of bad news but I wouldn't want you to throw parts/service at something and end up replacing it anyway.

Some models are equipped with a sensor that can automatically adjust the oven's heating time based on the amount of steam in the oven. If your microwave is displaying E1, E4, or E5, there may be an issue with the gas sensor. For an E1 error, press the Cancel button and check on the food. If the message is either ERROR or E-6, it indicates a mechanical fault. For all error indications, try unplugging the microwave from the outlet for at least ten minutes and then plug it back in. If the error persists, the microwave may require service. Please use our ASC Locater to find your nearest Authorzied Service Center

The SE indicates a short in the keypad membrane, but to cure this! the whole keypad control board should be changed if effort to resolve is decided, I would also suggest checking the pricing.

SE means system error, the keypad has a short in the membrane, or the control board has issues.
According to the manual this is how to set clock.
To set the clock, press "Clock" once or "Timer/Clock" twice (depending on your keypad).
The colon symbol (:) will flash.
Enter time of day. The time appears in the window; the colon continues to flash.
Press "Clock" or "Timer/Clock" again - colon stops flashing; time of day is set.
If you need the manual it is on link below.
