SOURCE: turntable with no stylus

Provided the replacement stylus is the correct one for the cartridge you have, it should just slide in from the front of the tone arm into the cartridge.

My Dual CS 430 turntable suddenly stopped playing - rest of equipment (radio, CD player, tape deck) okay. Can you help, please?

Amplifiers always take the sound of the turntable via a separate pre-amp from all other systems, such as radio and CD players. This pre-amp can go faulty killing the sound from the turntable only. If the turntable goes through the actions of playing the record, then this is the cause of your trouble.

Where can I find a replacement balance weight for the stylus arm on a Anders Nicholson 2655MMO turntable, cassette, CD player/recorder?

Balance weights can be removed and replaced easily. However when you say it snapped off, that could mean damage to the arm.
If everything is OK with the weight and you still have it, perhaps the weight could be "bodge" back into place. Perhaps with Blue Tack? If after all you can get the arm to balance correctly and apply the correct pressure to the stylus it doesn't really matter how the weight is attached does it? It might take a bit longer to set up correctly, but you might save some money if it needs a complete arm just to replace the weight!

Turntable won't turn

There is usually a cotter pin at the center of the platter around the spindle base. This can be removed with a screw driver using a twisting motion. There is a blades worth of space between the clip and the spindle base. Screw driver should be in vertical position. Sometimes the vinyl slip mat must be removed first. Watch that clip, cause it can go flyin. Once the clip is removed, the turntable should let go easily.

No sound coming from turntable

most likely this is the switch that selects among cd/tape/radio/record player. it could be the preamp circuitry in the player as well. it would not be the cartridge UNLESS you cannot see a little rubber 'seat' up inside underneath the cartridge that pushes the stylus tip out and down towards the record just a bit. if this rubber 'yoke' (seat) is missing you will get no sound even when you touch the needle tip when the record player section is selected.
