Do you happen to have the model of the TV? My Samsung only has two digital optical outputs. If your'e plugging in JBLs, you may only have an analogue input which won't work.
This indicates that the Blue tooth pairing with the already paired device has been reset and the JBL Flip is ready for pairing with new device.
This position, red and blue blinking, can be obtained by long pressing the power buton.
