There isn't one! They don't have Reset Buttons.

Not sure if it's the same, but for the Onkyo RC-799M controller the reset sequence is:

To reset the remote controller to its factory defaults,
while holding down RECEIVER, press and hold down
HOME until the remote indicator lights (about 3
seconds). Within 30 seconds, press RECEIVER
again.

Try Master remote, In this remote Reset button is available or Some time reset button is hidden in default remote. Open remote and see on PCB reset button. Final update firmware.

did you ever figure this out? I have the eclipse convertible crib by delta childrens products and bought the canton conversion rails also made by delta and we cannot figure out how to make them work

It doesn't know or care what feeds it if the interface is compatible.
