Is the amplifer working OK? Go to the phono input and put your finger on the right channel. It should hum. if it does not, you might have lost the internal preamp for cartridges. If it does hum then you need to recheck the right channel wires, conections etc. Don't forget you can change the conections over and see if the left channel will come on the right side.
If it is the preamp you might find an IC is the cause. Often these devices here are static sensetive.

Try plugging the right channel RCA plug (red) from the turntable into the left channel of the amp. If you get sound, then you are getting audio from the turntable's right channel, and the turntable is not the problem. Also, plug the left channel of the turntable into the right channel of the amp to make sure the amp right channel is working( I'm assuming you are getting audio from the left speaker). If you still are not getting sound from the right channel, then the problem is with the amp right channel - maybe a dirty selector switch or corrosion on the amp RCA socket. If you rule out a problem with the right channel of the amp, then I would double check the turntable wires. First check the terminals and wires at the cartridge Do a continuity check from the cartridge terminals to the RCA plug and see if you have continuity. It could be the wire in the tonearm or the connection from tonearm wire to RCA shielded cable.
