There is a replacement 6 oz. capacity kettle available, but it isn't cheap. The part number is 110600. You can find it at https://www.manufacturedfun.com/parts---110600-kettle-6-oz_v_481_-1,10,101,149.cfm (You may have to copy the link and paste it in a new tab; I accidentally hit the answer button instead of the Suggest Replacment Parts button, and I don't get that back on an edit.)
NOTE: Not my instructions i just found something similar.
According to the instructions for Breville Hot Cup (presumably similar to yours - the adjustable flow one): 1. Fill it to the max and dispense one cup of water. 2. Add a citric based descaling product into the cup and stir. 3. Tip contents into kettle and close lid. 4. Dispense water from the kettle, discarding the water until it reaches the 'min' mark. 5. Empty remaining water into sink, rinse out with clean water. 6. Fill kettle with fresh water and dispense cups of water until it reaches the 'min' mark. Empty the rest into the sink, then refill ready for use.
If by desalazize you mean remove the deposits which build up from the minerals in your tap water, the easiest way to do it is with white vinegar (most vinegar will work but white is best for cleaning).
Fill kettle with a mixture of white vinegar and water (about 50/50 but it doesn't have to be exact) until it covers as much of the deposits as possible.
Heat the kettle until the liquid boils
Let the kettle sit with the liquid in it for 3-6 hours
Empty and Rinse
Fill kettle with regular water, boil, and empty to get rid of any lingering vinegar taste.
If the deposits are especially thick, you may need to repeat steps 1-4 before moving on to step 5.

I have used a 8 qt. pressure canner (which holds 4 qt) and have done beans and venison. It also holds quarts. I also use an 8 qt. faberware kettle that holds 5 or 6 pint jars with a metal spacer from my pressure canner on the bottom. No problems for 10 years......except my self cleaning oven doesn't work but I don't think that has any thing to do with the canning on top. The bottom of the kettle has to be SMOOTH and FLAT so a regular canner (blue, ribbed bottom) won't work. Burner will come on and off.
When Popper Has Popped Corn Just Before. 1. Pour the properly measure amount of Oil into the kettle. 2. Wait about 45 seconds - or until the Oil in the kettle starts to smoke slightly. 3. Pour the contents of the properly measured corn cup (kernels plus popcorn salt or Flavacol) into the kettle. 4. Wait about 2 1/2 minutes. If you are using a pan on the stove without an agitator, you must constantly shake gently. When the crackling noise of the popping corn is no longer heard, dump the kettle and empty it completely. 5. Repeat if needed for more popcorn. 6. When you are finished popping, turn off the kettle agitator switch (if you have one) and turn off the Pilot light/ heat switch. 7. After the machine has cooled enough so as not to be dangerously hot, wipe the outside of the kettle with a soft damp cloth. This helps prevent a heavy build-up of the Oil.
TIPS - Bagged floss keeps a day or two, depending on the humidity - Use bags to make and display cotton candy in advance - use cones for immediate sales - Unless you're experienced, it's best to turn off the motor to refill the spinner head - If machine will be used more than 20ft. from power source, be sure to have an adequate extension cord
