Is this an outdoor hot tub?

If it is an outdoor hot tub...is it heating up or just running all the time?

SOURCE: i have a 199

It sounds like the heater element is going bad. It is located in the steel tube below the control box inside the access panel. Unless you are qualified to replace the element, better call in a pro. You can touch this tube while running the spa and see if it get warm.

SOURCE: Jacuzzi whirlpool, air on/off button on tub

If it is a air button that pushes in and comes back up, there is a good chance that the switch (which is mounted on the pump/motor) is bad. If the switch is a touch button on a key pad, the problem is in the control box for the pump/motor.

Circuit braker keep popping

Sounds like the heating element has gone out again. Once you reset the circuit breaker and the tub turns on it will start to circulate the water. This usually runs like this for about 2 mins and then the tub will recognize it is cold and send power to the heater. If the element is back at that point it will blow the circuit breaker.
If this circuit breaker pops as soon as you turn it on then you most likely have a bad circuit board.

Jacuzzi tub. Runs pump. Turn on light or heat. Shuts down. Error # 188

What kind of controls do you have? Electronic it sounds like but do you have a model number of the control box under the tub?

Overheating problem

It sounds like the problem is in the main control box. Since the tub shuts down after reaching 110 degrees, the high temp sensor is doing its job. This sounds like a job for a qualified professional. Do get a price for the service call as they are usually expensive. Circuit boards start at 200.00 and go up.

Jacuzzi hot tub will not shut off

I take it for granted that you know when the tub is in cycle mode for water circulation, ( the tub will do this every 4 to 8 hours unless programed otherwise). If it is truly going into the low speed on the pump, the problem lies in the circuit board. The double click you hear is the relay for the pump turning off and then on again. This is a costly problem to diagnose as circuit boards start at 200.00 and go up. If it is the relay, the only way to replace one is to replace the circuit board.

Continuous low speed, no heat

At this point after having spent all that money, you have to figure something else is frying those boards.

You need to make a decision whether to A: Call a Jacuzzi repair specialist

B: Replace the the control panel, the board, and possibly even the heater and pump, thermometer and sensors.

C: Cut your losses and buy a new Jacuzzi. Trade this one in on it for whatever you can get. And from personal experience, stay the h*** away from Ebay when it comes to electronics.
