Click on your model, and select the operating system type, then click "Driver-Network" and select the wireless drivers to download and install it. You might also need to download two drivers (wireless drivers if available.)

The RAZR v3 series won't charge from a standard USB connection, you'll have to get a charger that's made for Motorolla phones.
I've used a generic car charger with no problem, but I had to buy the one that's compatible with Motorolla Phones, not the basic USB-style chargers.

You can also download drivers for your PC that will let you charge with a standard USB cable.
There's an excellent explanation of the drivers in this solution (not mine, but he/she did a great job)

It is INCREDIBLE and will let you do EVERYTHING that you need to do!!!! Yes I have it for MY Moto RAZR!!!!!
