Electric washing machine. Electrical out but I checked the fuses and everything was okay. Also, the dryer stacked on top works fine.

I understand that your Frigidaire washer is not coming on and you are looking for a restart button. The best way to reset your machine is to disconnect power from it for ten minutes and you can do that by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Open lid as you would load clothes and hold the inner drum with all the holes in it. Give it a manual turn left, then right. If it spins in both ways the main bearing is gone. This is not a DIY because the new bearing has to be pressed on at a machine shop, or an appliance repair shop.
