My hannspree 10.1 tablet will not let me in it stays stuck on logo and it wont close down i have to leave it for the battery to run down

Be aware the 32 Gbyte can't be used as internal memory. It only can be used like an external hard disk. You can exchange the SDHC card and save data you don't need to access while running the tablet.
So when the tablet says memory is full, you should transfer data like images and videos to the external card and then delete the data from the internal memory.

are you sure that you have recharged the battery fully ?? It could be some kinds of virus, try to remove all connections and extra cards and try to open it again

Sounds like a boot loader failure

1. Power off the device. (Make sure to plug in AC power.)

2. Press and hold Volume Up(+) button and Power button at the same time for 5 seconds, and release both buttons to enter system recovery utility.

3. Press Volume button to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press Power button to execute

4. Press Volume button to select " Reboot System Now "and press Power button to execute

Give it about 2-5 minutes , if that doesn't work try holding the power and volume button until it shows you a reboot option.

There should be a reset button on the bottom right corner on the back of the case. You may need a paper clip or something to reach in and press it. Make sure the unit is charged (using the AC adapter) and then press the reset and power for 4 seconds, then release the reset button.
