This is what I do.

2. Use a stylus pen it's working for Me.
3. Make sure it's fully charge or plugged in.
4. With the stylus pen tap slightly left or right of the choice button you are going to use.
Hope this helps out.

I have two suggestions. First, you can tag a bunch of your photos on the camera, and then delete them in one operation. You can also delete all the photos on the camera in one operation. This is explained in the owner's manual on page 45 (can be downloaded from www.samsungcamera.com): Deleting images 1. Select a desired sub menu by pressing the UP/ DOWN button and press the OK button. [Select] : Selection window for an image to delete is displayed. - Up/ Down/ Left/ Right : Select an image - Zoom T Button : Select the image for deletion. (V mark) - OK Button : Press the OK Button to display the confirmation message. Select the [Yes] menu and press the OK button to delete marked images. [All Pics] : Displays confirmation window. Select the [Yes] menu and press the OK button to delete all unprotected images. If there aren?t protected images, all the images are deleted and a [No Image!] message will display. 2. After deletion, the screen will be changed to the play mode screen. My alternative suggestion is to use a better program on your PC for downloading and organizing photos. You can get a really nice (and free!) one at www.preclick.com. When you download photos using this, it gives you the option of deleting the downloaded photos from the camera at the same time.

You will need to format the memory. Have a look at the manual for instructions or download from this link. The format instructions are on page 36
http://www.samsungcamera.com/popup/download.asp?prol_uid=2699&prj_uid=590
You will need to allow popups to show this page.
If it works don't forget to 'fixya'!!
Format the memory card. Alternatively, there will be a delete all function in the memory somewhere when the camera is set to "play" mode. It should explain in the user manual.
You can only delete images one at a time on some pro DSLRs from the delete button to stop you accidentally deleting all the pictures!
SOURCE: after inserting the new SanDisk, SDHC Card, 8GB
First thing; check owner's manual and USA distributor, make absolutely sure that this camera is able to read/write to a 8GB card!
If so, put that card into your computer, directly into appropriate slot or through a "reader" and the USB port. If computer runs Windows, access My Computer, click on external memory device, and RIGHT CLICK. You will get a box which offers to format the card. You can rename the card at the same time. The computer's format routine is stronger that the one in the camera. If problem still happens, consult distributor. May be fixable with a cable from camera to USB port, you download new software from distributor. Follow their instructions EXACTLY.

Videos require a card that can write date very fast. The card that came with your camera is probably a class 2. You need at least a class 6.
1. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET STOP SPOOLER (this will stop the
print spooler service)
2. Browse to your windows\system32\spool\PRINTERS\
folder. You should see files there ending in .SPL and .SHD created around the
time you tried to print - delete these files.
3. Browse to Start -> Run... and type in NET START SPOOLER (this will restart the
print spooler service)
Try to print a document again to verify that the problem is fixed.
