There won't be a direct button to Auto Tune. That would be too risky. What happens if you accidentally press it halfway through an important program.

The tuning and other set up functions are accessed via the TV menus. There's probably a button called something like Menu or Setup. Once you press that you'll see all the options. Use the navigation and OK/Select/Enter key and the Exit/Back key for navigation.

Somewhere in your TVs menus there will be a section for tuning. Within that there will be at least two options - Manual Tuning and Auto Tuning.

Hi ive just had exact same problem phoned customer services and was told it is a child lock all you have to do is hold down the menu button on the tv for at least 20 seconds and all is cured

the menus can be treaky ceck it again.
most of the times there is a short menu with basic tunes (colour,volume) and a instalation menu,with more option
it happens sometimes the buttons for instalaton menu can be on the tv set without existing on the remote (replaced remotes,universal..etc)

Auto tune the channels as found in the manual
  1. On your remote, press Menu.
  2. select Channel and press OK on your remote.
  3. select Auto Tuning and press OK on your remote.
  4. select Yes and press OK on your remote.

How do I retune my TV.

Ensure you have a working aerial connected to the back of your TV.
With you Tv remote press the tv button, then MENU go down to setup and then to auto tune. Once this has auto tuned. then press your DTV (freeview) on the remote then press the MENU button then go to setup and then auto tune. This will do the same as before but with your built in freeview.
