The panels are replaceable from the manufacturer, which differs depending upon your date of purchase. I purchased my gazebo from Sears in 2013 and the manufacturer is Sojag, located in Quebec Canada. The panels cost of $328.00, which included tax and shipping. Their web site is www.sojag.ca and their customer service number is 1-450-659-4402 (there is an 800 number but I don't have it in front of me at the moment). You will need to have the model number of your gazebo available when calling so they can verify whether it's one of their products.

Safety First:
Before assembling, read the entire manual carefully.
