The dispenser that gives water on our side by side frig. has broken off at top. how should I replace it

no water come out of dispenser to glass

When you first hook water up to the refrigerator you have to fill a tank in the fridge. Open the water supply behind the ref. turn the control on the front of the ref to water and hold a glass under the spout as if you are filling a glass . You may have to wait 3-4 minutes forthe tank and lines to fill with water before you get any to come out into the glass. The water my be discolored at first so run a few glass full through before drinking . hope this helps

SOURCE: remove faceplate in door of a kenmore frig.
If you look at the bottom of the facial plate, underneath. There are two slots to insert a flat screw driver. You should be able to access everything once you take that off. Good luck
SOURCE: remove faceplate surrounding the indoor ice/water dispenser
under the facial plate, if you get way down and look upward, you can see two slots to insert a flat screw driver. Pry it open and there ya go...good luck
SOURCE: Water not going into icemaker. Water dispenser works fine.
Check the water valve at the back of the fridge if present.
Even if you used blowdryer, ensure that linse are not frozen by performing a complete defrost.
Disconnect water lines from icemaker, and blow with compressor if the above did not work.
