Left two slot elements don't work. this is the second one with the same problem. both times the left side stopped working after 3 or 4 uses.

This oven needs the time set after a power failure. The LED display will read HELPME and there is a small knob on the left side you need to turn it to set to change the time and use the second knob from left side to + and once done leave the knob on manual. The oven can be timed to turn off but it the time is not set on it the oven and stove do not work.

For the microSD card you'll need the large adapter (picture left side)
to unlock.

Insert the microSD card into the Adapter with the arrow upwards:
put the microSD card directly into the Adapter on the left.
(The Adapter on the right below is miniSD, used for other size cardreader slots)

1. Slide the switch up and down. Repeat this 3 times.
2. Let it stay on the Lock position for 30 seconds.
3. Slide the switch up to unlock the card.
4. Try to put data onto the SD card (Adapter) with the microSD card in,
on the SD card reader slot of your computer
or
Pull out the microSD card and put it in your previous used device, to
see if transferring files will work.

these different ram slots have different bus speed so they really don't work if you are using them both at once.

Please check your laptop's documentation about the speeds of these ram slots.

If its a Dualit model then you should be able to get it repaired. Generally replacing parts on a Dualit is not easy but spares are usually available thanks to the fact that its one of the most well known commercial toasters on the market. Google and see if there's a repairer in your area.

your toaster is working correctly if both are off you are in BAGEL/BUN mode ( did i spell that wrong ? ) in that mode it will only toast the cut side ....
