How to solve toner empty problem Toshiba e studio 2309A

The toner is dust-like ink the copiers use to print with. When it's over there is no sense to continue waste paper trying to copy, so the copier stops waiting for new toner. Buy new toner cartridge, open the front cover/door, push the top left green handle and pull the old cartridge. Put the new cartridge until click and close the cover/door. This should resolve the problem. If you want to get dirty, you can buy much cheaper draft toner in a bottle or bag, and pour it into the empty cartridge. There is a removable round cap on the front side for this purpose. Also you'll need to buy a new counter chip to replace the old one so the copier will know the cartridge is full. It is located on the back end of the toner cartridge. It would be great if you remove entirely the remains of the old toner from the cartridge before refilling, because toners sometimes differs from each other and mixing them distorts the fine nano-structures the particles form and the result is stained printout. Good luck!

Samsung SCX 4300 invalid toner message with replacement cartridge

SOLVED IT!
- PROBLEM: I'm using a refilled toner / NOT original Samsung (supplier: Peach, Switzerland)
- SOLUTION: 1. Remove the toner 2. Simply put a tape over the four metal contacts on the backside of the toner 3. Insert the toner
- It will now print, the printer says "low toner" & the LED status light is red - just ignore! It still work well....
- EXPLANATION: the chip (behind the four contacts) seems not be needed. I used a compatible 3rd party toner (Peach, Switzerland)
- Observation: The refilled toner worked well for the first 2-3 weeks, then suddenly I had this error message.

1.  Hold down the Cancel button for 10 seconds or longer.

2.  With the Cancel button still held down, also simultaneously hold down the Rotate Toner button for 10 seconds or longer.

3.  When all LED indicators are blinking rapidly, release both the Cancel and Rotate Toner buttons.

4.  Then hold down the Rotate Toner button again for another 10 seconds or longer.

5.  The Cyan toner cartridge moves into the proper position, so it can be removed.

6.  Remove and/or replace the Toner Cartridge if necessary.
