It's quite possible that she is keeping herself cool?, or dreaming of her younger days, when the little creatures she is watching were more than a good show? My bet goes to her body temperature, cats have a slightly higher body temperature than we do, and due to their coats and tendency not to pant (like dogs) they have to keep their temperatures down by other means. This may be an indicator of illness in your cat. Check her for injuries. Look at her gums, if they are white she is fighting infection. Also her nose should be wet. If it's dry, she is not well.

Our patio heater only stays alight on level one. if we move it to heat level 2 or 3 the same as level one

If the patio heater has push button settings the problem may be due to worn seals in the valve, if it has a rotor valve then try clearing out the mantle. Water sitting in the mantle will cause low flames, tipping it (switch off first) will tell if you have water in the pipes. If all else fails found this site very useful patio heater problem solving.

Needle won"t stay threaded

that use to happen to me on my sewing machines, I would rethread the machine to make sure the thread is not caught on anything like the thread spool, or around anyone of the thread guides

also for both top & bottom threads, I keep a thread tail of 3 to 6 inches & before I start sewing I pull the thread behind the needle to the back of the machine & the I put the fabric under the foot & start sewing & now I don't have that problem anymore

Abs light stays on and goes off occassionally. What is the best way to get to the source of the problem?

I don't understand these questions

Any dash light you get is a Vehicle System
Malfunction ( no owners manual)

They have been with us for 30 years now,
still hundreds of questions a night

Study OBD2 Systems on the internet

All check lights need immediate attention

Check for Codes
Diagnose
Repair

Do so in a few days of any light on dash, they
won't go away & won't pass inspection & eventually
will end in costly repairs

Pilot light won't stay lit when I let go of the igniter knob. Flame is yellow and long.

Sounds like the Thermocouple has failed and needs to be replaced. It's not difficult to do. But, finding the part may be. Blue Rhino, is the manufacturer for Endless Summer Patio Heaters, so start there.

Im not getting enough fuel pressure to create a decent flame, everything lights as it should and stays lit but its not letting enough pressure out. Could it be the pressure regulator on the line thats...

Check what type of fuel, if using butane on cold days it will stuggle to stay alight, always use propane on outdoor patio heaters, propane will work in vvery low temperatures. If using propane check for leaks, do a leakage test, found this patio heater specialist site very useful.
