Buell blast doesn't always start after running

Yes, it sounds like there is a lose wire or connection. If you can get to these wires and connections, check them for bad connections, loose connections, etc on the switches. Sometimes the contacts on the switches where the wires attach become corroded, or the terminals on the wires become corroded or loosen up, making poor contact.

When you wake the computer up from sleep, eventually some of the windows files become corrupted. I recommend that a proper shut down be done when not in use. Now to try and address your problem, do a system restore and take it back in time before this started, if successful should resolve your issues.

I know the problem to my mower which is the switch seat, just a terrible design and is broke. Want to know how to by pass the seat switch. My mower is 917.274822 18.5 Ho 42"

Well there are two wires going to it. It is either normally open and when you sit it becomes closed; or it it normally closed and when you sit it becomes an open. So if you are absolutely sure it is that switch, you can remove it causing it to become always open; or you can cut off the wires to the switch, twist the stripped ends of the wires together making it always closed. There are lots of complaints on here about this same problem with this same mower and most of them work back to a broken relay which is connected to all the safety switches.

Could be the radiator fans, or it could just be the belt that drives your water pump. Does the engine make a screeching/screaming sound when you start it, or at red lights? If so, that sound is a belt slipping. You might need to adjust the tension, or replace the belt if the surface has become glazed over.
