If you have a legitimate copy of the software then the packaging has the key on it. If the copy is not legitimate or if you threw out the packaging then you have a serious problem.

Tumblers are not lining up when you insert the key and turn. You might need to call a locksmith. When the locksmith makes you a key, keep this as the emergency backup (kept at a safe place at home) and use the copy made from this backup as your primary key use. When you make a copy from another key copy, the cuts are slightly off. As you make another copy from a key copy, the margin of error on the cut increases until finally, the key cuts don't line up to turn the tumblers, then you're back to calling a locksmith again.

The product key will be printed on the packaging that came with your copy of microsoft office it should be a 25 digit number.

The product-key was included in the packaging of the copy of Windows 7 that you purchased.

why not connect that to your pc and you can copy the sim contacts there

The product key is the key issued by Microsoft that proves the copy you have was purchased or is legitimate. If you don't have the key, you don't have a legal copy. If you have an original disk and package from MS then the key should be on the back of the package.

My suspicion is that you have a pirated copy....why would you need a "Corporate License" copy if you aren't working for a large company? If you ARE working for a large corp, go to you IT manager and get the key from them.

If it is a copy, and not genuine, it won't work. It is impossible to make an exact copy of Microsoft product CDs. They detect it. Also, if you do install it, you cannot use it without any limitations. 
So be legal and search for an old XP CD. It is out of sale now, until stocks last, but it went out 6 months ago.
You can buy and install the superb new Vista or even buy and download it safely from the Microsoft website.
