My proscan 32 inch tv was just purchase about 3 months ago. It is in perfect condition, absolutely no problems with it. Was working fine last night. Now it won't work at all. I've plug it in 3 different outlets. I get no red light at the bottom and no screen. It just completely stopped. Please help, it's the only form of entertainment my daughter and I have and I'm really disappointed
No use troubleshooting it any further. You know the AC outlet works, OK, right!
Sounds like a warranty claim to me.
Power supply in these units are all switch mode these days. Basicly a digital controlled (switch on/off at very high speed with feedback) power supply. So, even if you can find the internal fuse there is not much you can do except replace a module. Sorry

I Would confirm power is present. No red light means there isn't. Are you using an extension cord that may have a switch on it or a switch controlled outlet? If neither, I would sspect a fuse.Fuse would be inside TV cabinet so that's out of reach for most people. Check warrantee status. Sometimes whe close to the expiration the manufacturer will make allowances. Check with the store that you bought it from. If it is as minor as a fue , a shop will be able to replace the fuse at a relatively reasonable cost. Don't give up on it, it's surely a minor problem. Good Luck _Ned_
Probably an internal fuse or the power supply. Check your warrenty.
