Look on the bottom of the router, it often has the username and password there. The username is usually admin, and in many cases you can't change it.
If that doesn't work, you will also find the model number there, google [model number] default password and you should find something
final option is a hard reset! but that will wipe most of the settings and often require you to call your ISP to set it up again. Google [model number] hard reset or factory reset.

You will probably need to reset your router to get access to it again with a known username and password. BEWARE THIS WILL PROBABLY RESET ALL CONFIGURATION INFORMATION AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETELY RECONFIGURE YOUR ROUTER INCLUDING POSSIBLY ISP SPECIFIC INFORMATION. If you cannot do this including knowledge of all the required answers and proceed anyway you may lose access to your internet connection until this is successfully done. Proceed beyond this point AT YOUR OWN RISK.

AGAIN PROCEEDING BEYOND HERE CAN RESULT IN THE LOSS OF ACCESS TO YOUR INTERNET SERVICE -- proceed with care.
Doing this will may require you to configure specific ISP required
entries into your router to restore internet access, I do not know what
those requirements are now. I may be able to research them if you
provide information about your internet service provider such as their
web site or help/support web site. Be aware that you will require all answers for this before doing it as you may not have internet access again after starting this until you successfully complete this. With all the previous warnings in mind you can consider the following step.
Using the instructions in the user guide you can probably reset your router and get access to the configuration.
Forgot your username? If you've forgotten
your username, and you're logged in on your device, you can follow these
instructions to find it: 1. Click the
"gears" icon to go to the Options menu. 2. Tap the
"Account Info" section where you see your Textfree number 3. Your Username is the name just before the
@textfree.us.
Enter username in Login screen and click the link "I
forgot my password". So password will be sent to email id to followup for
login.
