How do i stop big fish games from taking money that i am getting nothing back from?

If that doesn't do the trick then you'll have to email them cause they don't have a phone number to contact them with:

My friend bought guitar hero and we tried to play it on my older ps2, would not work. They went and bought a brand new one from walmart and it works fine. I guess it is something with older ps2s
