You should run touchpad calibration. It's in Settings->Touch Settings->Touchpad calibration. While doing the calibration you should accurately tap at the center of the black cross with a stylus. Hope this helps.

You can buy a replacement touchpad at flexqueen.com for not that much money. The installation is not that difficult for that model You can try youtube for a video on the installation.

Hi Acostawifee0 it sounds like you have a software crash on the phone. Try taking out the battery. They may not be much you can do if the battery pull doesn't work. You may need to call lg or the carrier to get a replacement phone. uNLESS THE CARRIER HAS A SOFTWARE DOWN FOR YOUR PHONE. Gently bend it like you're trying to split it with screen facing upwards or squeeze around the camera. Amusing solution but it works. recalibrate your touch settings afterwards (menu>settings>touch settings) for perfect operation
