Does not start tried to turn off and on has power to unit don't know what else to do. can't get to turn on

Do a Calibration on the treadmill. Take out the safety key. With 2 fingers, hold down the stop button and the speed up or spped plus button. keep holding them down as you insert the safety key, then let go of both.
Press the stop button 1 time, you should see all 0's in the windows, or EP 2P or something weird like that.
Press the Incline up button and then wait. If the incline go up until it stalls then down until it stalls the stops at the bottom, the you are recalibrated, take out the safery key and put it back in to see if all is well. If the incline takes off up again without touching a button, the you have wiring problems or control problems. Call service company to get it repaired.

you have done some mistake when you fixed the new belt.
You have a speed sensor problem.
CHECK
1.Front roller sensor usually a magnetic one for broken wire or for larger space between the magnet and the sensor.
i) Sensor is Usually 2 wire and magnet is fixed on to the roller.
ii) Magnet can dislocate from its place check the magnet for attraction by taking a screw driver.
iii) Chcec gap between the magnet and the sensor on the frame. Gap should be betwwen 3mm to 5mm.
2. If roller sensor is not present then there is alternative sensor on the motor ususlly a multi holed plate revolves between the sensor.
i) It is usually has 3 wires.
Check for the connections on the motor control board.

Dear Sir:
You must do the following:
1) You must check the receptacle wall, for 115volts AC,60hz
2) If Not voltage 115 Vac, check breaker or fuse from the Panel( Main) or Sub-Panel for that circuit.
3) If there are 115 Vac, so proceed with the wires of the plugs, retigh conection and see if the contact of the plug is clean or oxide, ( clean with ethilic alcohol 100%) .
4) Check the Main button if there Voltage use the VOM( Voltimeter) , after check the push button Start , clean this .
5) If not work, check the relais and clean with ethilic alcohol 100% in the Board Controller, after check the Breaker.
6) If everything is o.k now proceed to Start the Motor.
7) In short proceed Step by Step with the logic for Troubleshooting.
