I have used my level to check it and it is level. I have cleaned the air filter and then unplugged it and plugged it back it and still comes up with not level. I have also moved it to a different place in the room and still doing the same thing.
I am having the same issue but mine will heat up for 5 minutes the first time and then shut down and turn non stop. My unit is only 7 months old and was used for two months. Company said I had to return it for repairs
The level sensor inside might be loose or fell off. Call the company.

Dgsroch is probably correct. other possibilities are that the internal level sensor has malfunctioned (shorted) or that wiring to the sensor has become faulty (burned, shorted, broken, or disconnected in some way) You may need to replace the sensor, or repair the wiring, BUT... if the unit is under warranty? I would send it to the manufacturer for repairs. Probably less headache than trying to DYI.
