When I try to sync my ipod with iTunes it says there is a problem with the owners ipo (E:)drive. It suggests to scan and fix it. When I do, it says it can't be fixed with this method. Any suggestions?

ITunes with windows 8.1. I was able to use this ipod to transfer my music successfully from my old computer to my new one, but when I added a few new songs to ITunes and tried to sync them back to my ipod I was told there is a problem with owners ipo E drive. Can you help with the problem. Thank you.

First try changing to a newer high quality USB wire. Next check your iTunes to see if there are any updates due for it. Your last option is to Uninstall and re-install the iTunes App. Your music library shouldn't be affected by reinstalling as it is saved to the hard drive on your laptop.

SOURCE: itunes library wont all sync onto ipod

first the easy part....1800 songs we will not move this one at a time..............plug ipod to pc..open itunes....see on left hand side of screen...pc (music, photo & video folders) and under that ipod (music, photo, video folders)..ok..click on pc (music folder) all your music shows up right ok..this time click & drag the pc (music) down to the ipod music folder and release....its 1800 songs so lets wait til the ipod is finish (look at the ipod file a circular motion is happening,,,,its loading).......once finish always eject your ipod...............now find where you are storing mp3 / mp4 on your pc...once you find it ..go to top bar view then click,on view details (artist, album, type, lenght) this where it will say mp3/4/wma/wav or flac file

SOURCE: Wont transfer over??

The problem might be that the USB cable is interupten in the middle. You can buy a new one. The problem could be as simple as that.

Don't wanna sync music from my iTunes Lybrary to my IPod, it comes with a massage; Attempting to copy to the disk ''OWNER'S IPO '' failed. An unknown error occurred (-69).

it sounds like your ipod is either not writing to the ipod disk, or your itunes is not seeing your music library.
Open itunes and at the top click on the Edit button, the click preference, then Advanced
you will see your itunes library path. it it is correct, your ipod is malfunctioning and not writing to the ipod hard drive. You may need to replace the hard drive. contact a local ipod repair shop

Every time sync ipod get 13010 error what wrong?

Hey,
Try running a disk check on the iPod using the tools provided by Windows.
1. Plug in your iPod and close iTunes.
2. Go to "My Computer". Click on the iPod drive once. Go to File, and then click Properties.
3. Go to the Tools tab. Under "Error Checking", click Check Now.
4. Check both boxes. One says "Automatically fix file system errors" and the other says "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors". Place a check mark next to each of these options and hit Start.

The scan may take several minutes or more to complete, but once it has, go ahead and restart iTunes, and try re-syncing files to your iPod.

Others have had luck with the solution provided in this Apple support document. It does say error 50 but may apply to your situation as well. It's worth a shot.

Hope this helps :-)

My ipos touch is block and i forgot the password how to fix it

Try connecting it to iTunes then restoring the ipod. This will clear everything off your ipod. Then you can re-sync it to have all your music back on it.

Itunes is duplicating all music and giving error message

You can have a try Leawo Tunes Cleaner. Just follow below steps. If you still have issues or have a massive music library in iTunes or other music folders that requires a more powerful and less time-consuming option, the third-party software like Leawo Tunes Cleaner can help you. It can not only automatically clean up duplicate songs in iTunes, but also automatically delete duplicate songs in other music folders. If you want to automatically remove duplicates in iTunes, the automatic duplicate remover might have the answer for you.
1. After kicking off Leawo Tunes Cleaner, click the "Clean-up Duplicate" entry. The program provides 2 duplicate scanning modes: Quick Scan mode and Deep Scan mode. Select one of them to scan duplicate songs.
2. You could delete duplicates in iTunes music library by directly clicking "Scan iTunes" button or click "Add" button to load music files for duplicates removing.
3. After loading source music files, click the "Scan" button on the upper-right corner to start scanning duplicates. The program would display all duplicates clearly and suggest what to remove. You could decide which duplicates to delete by checking them and then click the "Remove" button to remove duplicate songs.

Ipod won't sync to Itunes

When you wiped the old computer and then reconnected to the new computer, it reformatted the player, causing data corruption. I would try all five of these suggestions, but first try uninstalling and reinstalling all Apple/iTunes software: Reset, Retry, Restart, Reinstall, Restore Remember these five basic suggestions if you have a problem with your iPod nano. If one of the following doesn’t help, read on for solutions to specific problems. â Reset your iPod nano. See “General Suggestions,” below. â Retry with a different USB port if you cannot see iPod nano in iTunes. â Restart your computer and make sure you have the latest software updates installed. â Reinstall iPod and iTunes software from the latest versions on the web. â Restore your iPod nano. See “Updating and Restoring iPod Software” on page 50.

Syncing my itouch with itunes

Itunes can sync infinite ipods and should have no trouble, so there isnt a problem with having two ipods. Try this: turn off your ipod, hold the home button, and plug it into itunes while still holding the home button until a picture of the itunes symbol appears with a cable under it. itunes should say "ipod found in restore mode". this will get rid of any previous users' settings, and hopefully fix anything preventing itunes from syncing with your ipod.

4ht generation 40 gig ipod will not sync but shows as a drive in windows

hold the center button and the menu button until the screen goes black. then hold center and play until the screen goes white and says "OK to disconnect". The ipod has now been forced into disk mode and should now sync. Once you have it connected to itunes, try restoring the ipod to fix the problem forever. If the ipod still will not sync in disk mode, try some of the USB tests in diagnostic mode (info here)
