They have a restorside, a bit , that's why you have fast and slow fuses. But if they were dead, then the resistant would be infinite, so
no problems with both fuses.

I have an Avanti gfit motorised t/mill.It has blown a fuse that is located on the circuit board.the fuse is rated 250volt/10amp.Where can I buy some more fuses, and how do I get a service technician to...

A sudden load can be enough to cause the fuse to blow rather than a short. Replace the fuse either with a 250v 10A Slow blw fuse or us a 250v 15A standard fuse. If it still blows then there is a definite fault. Motor Loading from lack of Lubrication etc.
Or a wiring short. Fuses are available from many suppliers. The shape of the fuse being used and how it clips into the board will be import and. Take a sample or an iPhone photo with you.

I have been trying to call Customer Service at 1-800-846-3000 but it's always busy.....

it is a 250V 15 amp. clip the fuse off the wire, close, and solider in a new one. Terrible design. LG should have to replace free or be sued !

NAD C270 amp won't switch from red power/protection to green.

The AH may denote "slo-blo" style as opposed to Fast-acting
A fast-acting fuse will look like a single strand of wire ( maybe wiggly looking) ..A Slo-blo will have an element in it and a spring

Fuse blown

the fuse will always blow if there is a shorted component. the horizontal output transistor may be the most likely culprit, if you are not a technician, have it service by a qualified one.
