Printer was printing fine. I tried to adjust the print settings in order to print a word document which was larger than the paper size. Printer wanted me to change the paper size/type settings which I did. Changed them back when I was done with that document but continued to get a message to change the paper size/type settings on the printer. Now, nothing is printing to the printer at all.
You probably have a conflict between the paper size the machine knows is loaded and the document size being specified for printing on. Your Airbook is probably trying to send a document on a paper size the printer doesn't have. Net result is a document stored in the print queue that stops anything else being printed. Go full system reboot and clear out any and all waiting documents before trying again.

Check the paper size settings and orientation of the driver from the Control Panel, and that match to the paper size in the printer's trays.
Good luck and please rate me, thanks.
SOURCE: Ricoh Aficio MP 2510 netwrok printer all jobs from users are Acce
the reason why the job(s) at the workstation say they are completed, and there is no job at the printer, is because the user code management has been turned ON.
if you turn user code management on, and do not setup users, with user codes, then jobs will continue to run like they are now. either turn OFF user code management, or setup users in the address book of the printer.

It sounds like the part the toner bottle slides under to lock in place is broken. you could try and fold some paper and tape it to the toner to hold it down.

Try loading letter size paper in tray1 .. Open the front door and the assembly attached to the front door is the transfer roller ASM. mybe you knocked it out of position ..There are green plastic clips that allow someone to the transfer roller unit so its easy to mess up good luck
SOURCE: Ricoh Aficio SP C420dn Printer. The printer at
sc491 is a high voltage output error. Combined with your jamming issue, it sounds like a possible electrical problem somewhere. A good first step is to turn the machine off and unplug it, then take off the covers and reset any connections or cables you can get to.
If the problem persists, you should have a service technician take a look at it because it might need a board replaced.
