You need to talk to customer server for Xtra.co.nz if that is your email provider. Fixya does not control your email.

Depends on what error/message you get when you try to log in? Try deleting all your cookies and the cache from your browser. Then wait at least 2 minutes and try again, it may then accept your credentials.

We are continually having problems with xtra - when trying to download emails the window Live window comes up asking for our pop3/ xtra password, but when we enter it nothing downloads and the window comes...

You might check that Live Mail has the correct pop3 settings:

Set up as follows: Incoming: pop3.xtra.co.nz, SSL On, Port 995. Outgoing: send.xtra.co.nz, SSL On, Port 465.

Hi,
If you are not open Yahoo account. If you are right person or your email id is right then your password not match so you remember and given right password then you open Yahoo account.
If you are reset Yahoo password Follow instruction.
