Unscramble channels power turned off while tv still on can not get back some channels says it is scrambled or decoded

Is this or does this happen to all channels. First check the connection on the back of you TV is it tight and secure. Second You may also need a new decoder from warner cable to view. (Channels are scrambled) and third look for TV repairman.

The movies channel and sports is scrambled
these units are not ment to be used as a cable converter for the more premium service ;just some of the basic ones , it sucks but sorry you'll need a regular cable decoder box also.
