Hi my htc touch pro keyboard stopped working and i didnt drop it or anything what may be the problem??

Htc touch pros have a issue with keyboards going out take to repair center i did they replaced with it a brand new touch pro researched online this issue comes mostly in early build units

Either you pushed too hard and maybe broke the buttons or sensors in the screen. youll probly have to either get the screen replaced or buy a new phone

Slide out keyboard not working on HTC Touch Pro
Take the battery out of the TP and then press down very hard on the spacebar. This will reconnect the flex cable and will fix it for the time being. But in the end a replacement will be needed.

Does HTC Touch HD have same issue as my TyTN II?
it's right, during a phone call in HTC HD, the screen may shut down but you can easely turt it on again by presseing the on/ off botton once.

for touch pro, am not sure but it seems to be the version came after HTC HD, so all the problems in HTC HD should be solven in Touch pro.

Sometimes when using keyboard to type messages touch pro switches off and resets other times when I close the keyboard up the phone resets. gets very frustrating
hi.. download the keyboard plugin from the internet and install the same in your phone. then reboot your phone and try again.. this might help you..

HTC TOUCH PRO---the slide out keyboard is not working, also phone has charging issues.
If purchased through a carrier, you'd need to return it to that carrier.  If purchased directly from HTC, go to the HTC website to seek manufacturer defect repair under warranty.
