More than likely a capacitor on the power supply board inside the TV has blown. (it looks like a split mushroom).

SOURCE: Samsung HP-T4264 will not autoprogram, locks up on

Reset to factory specifications by turning tv on, and then using the remote, hit power off, mute key, 1, 8, 2, and power on. Interval between key strokes is less than 3 seconds. When tv comes back on it shows Service Mode Display, key up to reset and press enter. Was able to autoprogram without any problems.

No way, Jose!
Those bastards manufactures are always making sure you won't be able to use parts from one model to the other. Especially-display! LCD panels could be rigged, but no plazma's. Sorry!
Sell it for parts to some repair shop and get yourself LCD or LED panel. Plazma is gone!

Your power supply is probably bad. Here is a link from a Samsung tech manual that helps to trouble shoot the problem and fix it. http://www.mediafire.com/?kmyydjk2mil
