I guess to start you might mention why you did a factory reset. It sounds like you did it because of a problem. I suspect corrupt boot software.

try hard reset the tablet press the volume down button and power button when u see the Hisense logo release the keys will come up with the android man with a red triangle hold down power button and up button release the keys u will see some writing then go down with the volume down key to wipe data press power button to ok to select wipe data to wpe your tablet clean
