No picture on insignia, ns 32 LCD TV when connected to Sony, bud 510 3d blue ray player.
This is because Blu-Ray is 1080P resolution and the Ns-32 is only 720P resolution. 720p is HD, but not BluRay resolution.

the pic attached is an electrolytic capacitor, they come in different sizes and are usually blue, black and sometimes yellow. depending on manufacture.
most of the problems I have heard of tvs having problems with the
electrolytic capacitors going bad. if you open the tv and see one of
those swollen or leaking you need to replace them.
