How to fix treadmills JKEXER vigor 6090 broke down with smoke and fire ?

Hi there, well, let's back up a bit. The Capacitor that blew may have been in parallel with one or more and other caps could be suspected as bad or close to it. You can contact jatinah electronics for repair help, as control boards have seriously dangerous voltages and currents, live parts, and "Hot" grounds on motor power rails. Good luck

Please stop using this thing. You are working with deadly voltages and a very high risk setting your house on fire.
Keep in mind, if the thing starts to burn you can't use water to put the fire out.
The heating element must be broke lose of its settings, or someone dropped his or her toothbrush in the apparatus. Never try to repair kitchen equipment when it is connected. Not even when you think it is switched off.

This is caused in most cases by the tread mill belt being misaligned, call the company that sold it to you for instructions on how to check the adjustment. If it is under basic warranty make them do the work. If you see smoke stop using it immediately.

most likely you have a leak somewhere, maybe a house or a thermostat housing, its leaking and getting hot on the engine or exhauhst manifold, which gives off the smell of burning water/coolant

The chimney needs to be 3 feet taller than the highest point of the house . If you are running the clothes dryer, bathroom vent fan, or exaust hood in kitchen it makes a vacum in the house that can draw smoke into the house down the chimmney . I think when you burn wood or coal in a house it is pretty hard not to be able to smell it. Our house and clothes do not smell like smoke any more since we stopped burning wood.
