Try Automatic Restore to the Last well know configuration date or else u need to format the pc and again install the os

OK, Not sure about the Aspire One, But I had the same problem with the Aspire 5610Z.
I simply found the Bios battery and with a small screw driver, created a short circuit of the bios by touching the two leads (just for a couple seconds) from the Bios Battery to the Motherboard. And It Works Fine Now!
Be sure to Disconnect all power from the laptop, and remove the Battery before doing this.
You can do as I did and download a free manual of your laptop which shows you where the bios battery is located.

Usually this happens when the vista boot loader fails. During boot up, keep tapping F8 and then select Disable Automatic Restart... and get the stop error code which usually starts with 0x

Go to Control Panel/Power Options and check the settings. It's probably set to shut off after a period of time.
OTE: You must press the <F8> key before the Windows logo appears on the screen. If you press <F8> after the Windows logo appears on the screen, the Advanced Boot Options menu will not appear on the screen. If you do not see the Advanced Boot Options menu, restart the computer, and then repeat this step until you see the menu on the screen.
