you can reset your password by using these three options
1. reset your password using alternate email id
2. reset your password using security questions
3. reset your password using your phone number

I take it your password isn't working. You need to change it to a new one. On the sign on page,
1. Enter your username.
2. Instead of entering your password, click on "Need help?"
3. The next page will help you get a temporary password, and then you can change your password to a new, permanent one.

Access the Gmail ID page and click on "I can't access my account."

all u can try is that when u type the user name in the box of user id on ur email put the passowrd which u remember and then click oon the below below that says forgot password and then follow the steps but remember ur details has to be matched or it will never be able to reset ur password or what u can do is that create a another email account...good luck
