Notification light is flashing but can't get screen to turn on

Alexa Yellow ring light flashing means someone on active calling, drop-in call, incoming calling notification, When ever not any incoming call or active call and Alexa yellow ring flashing that means yellow ring light issues arise, then you need to troubleshooting.

Go to Settings ->
Notification panel & status bar ->
Notification centre,
then find the app (Mobile Video),, then activate "allow notifications" and also "priority display". You have to activate the priority part too to make sure you get notifications. Restart your phone

Hello. By default it means that you got a text message or some kind of notification. If you are on the home page after opening the lock screen and your text messaging app doesn't show that it received a text message (if it shows it received a message there would be a one next to it, near "Messaging" app)
Then, with one finger.. touch the screen at the top of the phone and move finger down the screen (while still touching the screen).. you should see the notification area.. under the settings of that area it will show what is alerting you:

Ur lcd for Ur screen could be out . If Ur screen is black and everything else works fine its a good possibility

If the battery charge level drops to low levels, the phone automatically activates Power Saver mode to conserve battery power until you can recharge it. You can set the phone to activate Power Saver mode at 10%, 30%, 50%, 70%, or Never. Touch Apps Key > Settings > Power Saver . The Power Saver mode icon is located in the Notifications panel. When the battery charge is low, a notification is displayed prompting you to turn on Power Saver.

f you set Repeat Notification to NONE in your Profiles, you won't get the LED flashing. Do that for EACH message type in your active profile, as well as in and out of holster settings.

The Messages > Options > General Options > Display New Message Indicator setting refers to the "star" that appears on the folder when new mail arrives.

You will need to firstly check the profile settings for notification of call/ text/ message/ voice mail.

On the home screen it is the speaker icon (profile) usually upper right corner

Choose the profile and scroll until you find the current profile - WIll be marked as active.

Scroll to the bottom of the menu for advanced
in the next menu - click on the bold active profile and opt for edit

Find the phone/ SMS/ MMS/ Messenger and any other actions that are not currently notifying...

Check the LED flashing option is set on all of these.

Goto Settings. Select Phone. Select Notification Lights and then turn off Breathing Light. Job done!

same here. the phone has not had any major problems for 10 months. I was on the phone when there were two separate incoming calls. I hang up and call the first one. Hang up once again, open the phone book to make a new call. The phone got stuck in the phone book, backlight became very strong. It was like this for 5-10 seconds, until i took the battery out. Now it won't "boot". The backlight, notification light and the ******** indicate that the phone turns on, but it doesn't continue from there.
