Tap on Apps in home screen - Settings - Storage - Internal Storage - Apps - Scroll down and Identify "Demo Video Application" under the apps list .

Tap on Clear Cache and tab on "Disable", Ignore the warning message.

Return it to where you bought it, someone has customised the start up screen.

hold your over it for about 5 secords, the screen will change then drag it to the red section at the top. I have this unit. please let me know.

The demo scree can be remove but, only by the retailer you got the device frpm. Unless it doesn't call for a password or the store is willing to disclose it to you.The Demo screen is intended for diplay in a retail store. It should have been diabled when sold. On your home screen tap the the app button,then tap the screen saver app. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off. Then remove the check to "service enable" check box.
