This is not a message you would ever see on an HP printer. You will only get a "cartridge empty" error. In most cases you will need to replace the drum unit on the printer.

You probably need to go into the menu structure and find the resets menu. It could be under machine info or maintenance. When you have found the reset menu or parts life, you should be able to reset the OPC Belt.
Check to make certain that the OPC belt is both seated correctly and that it is not damaged as even though it may have what you consider to be sufficient life left in it, if damaged, it needs to be replaced.
You are correct the 'Belt CG' is the OPC belt cartrige. The mesage advising this item needs to be replaced comes up as the result of a page counter in the printer. The mesage comes up as a result of the page counter exceeding the maximum number of pages expected from the OPC, ensuring reliable print qulaity.
The message does not indicate the OPC Belt is damage, it has reached the end of its designed life.
