It depends on your batterie's cells sometimes they die early if you don't or do use ya phone they will eventually die

I'm not an expert on phones, but it sounds to me like that is the low battery light that is flashing, so I must ask, have you charged it recently? if not, try that and then after a few hours try turning it back on.
I hate to sound stupid, but a lot of phones will flash a red light if the battery is too low for it to turn on. so it is worth mentioning.

Unfortunately that's normal for the z10

Could it be the electrical contacts within the battery well ahve become tarnished. If you can scrape them with a flat screwdriver or similar tool that may solve the problem. Similarly for the battery contacts themselves. Hope this helps.

Had the same problem with Z10 and a Nokia 3310. I got around it by backing up the memory card, then inserting in the phone and using "Format Card" option. It then puts on the required file structure and you can copy back the files to the relevant folders.

get new battery put it in camera and set settings again, but first try charging the battery, this might be all it needs, hope this helps.

i have the same problem, i even bought a new battery(casue i messed the old one up) and it will not power on still. any help?
