What is your phone model ? Android phones have google playstore pre-installed. You can install facebook by opening the playstore app and searching for "facebook"

If you have non-android phones, ie : JAVA phones, you can install facebook java app.

Other than that, apple devices can access apple app store and download facebook

does your device support google ---and apps --if not your device wont upload it --if unit does accept search apps for google play store and upload it

Probably your Google services needs update, that's all.
Go to Settings, Apps, from here search for the PlayStore app and tap it, clean cache and clear data.
Back just once and look for Google Play Services, this is under the tab All, Do the same thing. Now reboot your tablet and open the PlayStore app, it will prompt you to accept the terms and service once more. This should fix the problem.

What's the error? Just go to settings, apps, search for PlayStore and tap clear cage and clear data. Do the same thing with Google Play Services. Open the PlayStore app and follow the instructions.

Make sure by going to the Application Manager under Settings and verify that you haven't just lost the icon on some page. The playstore is normally loaded as part of the operating system for your device. You mean App Store? Maybe because your password has been modified or the phone got reset on passwords and you need to log in again. Try that first. Otherwise you need check settings on App Store. Good luck.
