For support, select your model number player from next list (left click your player):

For Emodio (also on the support site) use next link:

Right click
Save target as... (save the execute file to location on the computer)
After the download has finished, run(= left double click) the execute file to install Emodio.

I found this on the Samsung site you will need to select your specific version 4gb or 8gb.
It has the software download as well as the user manual.
